Refund & Transfer Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to offer flexibility through the following options:

1. Ticket Transfers:

   • Tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.

   • To transfer your ticket, please email us at hello@wildeavenue.co.uk with the new participant’s full name and contact details at least 7 days before the event.

2. Workshop Credit:

   • If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming workshop of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

   • Requests for workshop transfers must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

3. No-Shows:

   • Tickets for participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or credited.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and transfer policy.
